Hey everyone, are you ready to join us in St Louis this year? There are only 165 days till reunion. Time to send in those registration. Not sure you can make it? Better to register now (for the hotel too) and have to cancel than to have to pay the late fee.
Think about it.
:D :!cool: :) :!thinking: :p ;) :o

Again I thank you and hope to hear from someone soon.

The state if Kansas is processing a bill, HB2132 that slaps all our Kansas KIA’s & their families in the face. It has already passed the Kansas House of Representatives. HB2132 will provide ‘Gold Star Family’ license plates, but give ‘Gold Star’ status to any service person who dies while on active duty. Circumstances of death are not a consideration. Tragic as any death is, the bill is written such that it will include death by overdose of an illegal drug, death due to drunken driving, death while committing a crime, and death as the result of any irresponsible behavior. The only requirement under this bill for Kansas ‘Gold Star’ status is simply death while on active duty. If you think this is OK, do nothing. If you think this is unacceptable, contact me at: jkhien@att.net

Hello all,
If you are attending the reunion with your husband or friends be sure to sign up to join the ladies group to take a cruise. we have the choice of two different ones. the first is a one hour cruise and the second is a two to two and a half hour brunch cruise. For the second one we need to have at least 90 people sign up and go. Cost:
as soon as I know I will let you know but should be no more than $30 either way (considerably less for the first choice)
Please email me and let me know your choice

My friend, Dale Tolbert, West Linn, OR was KIA in late Spring, 1967. Was anybody serving with him when he was KIA and would you be willing to contact me about this as well? Bob Morris

he did 2 tours i believe in 1968 and 1969 i believe he was some where around xuan loc this could be mispelled anything you help me would be appr thank you

Admin reply: Your best bet for finding someone who may have known him would be to attend a reunion. I would say there is a very definate chance that there is someone there who served with him. You could also go to the Master Roster site on the first page and type in A TRP, 1/11 . This will bring up a list of every one who was in A troop while over there that are registered with the 11th ACVVC. On it you may find someone who's name you might recognize.
If we can be of any further help just let us know.
