If any 11th Cav. Vietnam veterans live in the Milwaukee, WI, area, I would like them to call me at 414-721-0864. Since I live alone, I would really enjoy a visit from any 11th Cav. Veteran.

Guys Wearing a T-shirt that says Vietnam Veteran

Usually, they have a t-shirt with the giant words Vietnam Veteran.

I ask them what unit they were in when they served in name.

They say I did not serve in Vietnam; I severed in Germany and never went to Vietnam.

So, I ask why are you wearing a Vietnam veteran T-Shirt. They bot say we are Vietnam era veterans.

So the next time you see the big words Vietnam Veteran T-Shirt ask them what unit they were in and where was it located.
Trick is they would not know this and they know they have been caught.

Hello All - my uncle, Craig G. Klotz, L Trp3/11, served Aug 3, 1969, KIA Oct 1 1969. I am pretty much the last of the line and still have all of his medals, ribbons, awards and other items.

What I very much would like to do is find someplace to donate the items, whether displayed or not, where I know they will be preserved.

Any information or suggestions would be welcome.

Thank you in advance for you time and assistance,

Beth

This weekend while on a girls trip at the Hilton Anatole & I had the honor of spending a few hours with Coop & Doc. Not only did they have me laughing nonstop, they shared some really beautiful words about their bond & how important it is to cherish your youth. This was the highlight of my trip & was the best way to end it. Thank you to all who served & for continuing to inspire those you meet!!
