Comments: Hello to all. My father Sargent Wilson B Fields passed away on October 22, 2012 for those who new him. My father was a Platoon Sargent with the Third Platoon. Comments: Was in 2nd plt. 70-71. Drove E-32 for a spell. Was in Terry Weldon's squad (may he rest in peace). Saw Bob Hope at Long Binh (New Years 71 if memory serves).
Rotated up country to Quang Ngai to finish my tour with D Co. 39th Engr. building timber trestle bridges near (remains of) MyLai ville. Best wishes to everyone!
