Good Morning Ladies,

Just another reminder to all of you that ALL boat tickets need to be paid for ASAP.
Also if you are bringing a guest I MUST know who they are, husbands who are not members of the organization are welcome to come. We have several coming. And as I am constantly being reminded ANYONE ATTENDING ANYTHING connected to this reunion (to include the bunker) MUST REGISTER.

Okay ladies, I still have a few who owe for the boat cruise. DO NOT wait until you get there cause if you do you will not have a ticket. And DO NOT send it with your reunion registration because I will not recieve it, they will probably accept it as a donation and then you will not have a ticket.
I cannot afford to be paying over $600 out of my pocket for this (we have enough in our treasury to pay for our portion of the boat and for the deposit we need to put down on the cookbooks and the lanyards.). So please get it to me soon so I can get this paid and we don't lose our spot on the boat.
Also be sure your husband gets the reunion registration sent in. According to the hotel we have over 1000 people booked in to the hotel but Bob and I only have 400 peoples' registration. BIG difference.

Ladies if you registered for the cruise, Please get your payment ($10 per person) in as soon as possible. The sooner we get this turned in the better,

Sarah Belcher please call me. I will be home all day tomorrow (Wednesday) gone Thursday afternoon from about 1:30 - 3pm central time and then home again all day on Friday.

Ladies, don't forget if you are bring anyone with you to the reunion (no matter the age) they MUST register to attend ANYTHING related to the reunion.
Also please remind your husbands' that MEMBERS ONLY are allowed in their Membership meeting. (this means no son, no dad no anybody) and Ladies you definatly may NOT go into their meeting.

OOKAY LADIES, TODAY IS THE 15TH, LAST CHANCE TO SIGN UP FOR THE PADDLEBOAT CRUISE WITH US AT THE REUNION.

Good News!! I just talked with the director of the boats in St Louis. She has assured me we will all be on the same boat at the same time. SO now it's up to you. Get your share of the reservation money in to me NOW!! She has actually slotted us a few extra seats just in case we need them . So if you want to go and have not registered yet be sure you do so NO LATER than the 15th of THIS month. And ALL money MUST be to me NO LATER than 1 June.
