Hello, my name is Christopher Michael Cooper (Rogers). I'm conducting
research and trying to locate and communicate with any of my fathers
associates so that I'm able to gain more information regarding where he was
deployed and wet locations he served and while serving in Vietnam.
Approximate years in service were 1968 through 1969, but I'm not sure which
years or months he served during those years inside of Vietnam. I've
confirmed through my uncle (my father's brother), that he served in H Co 2/11 ACR 1968-1969. He died in 2005.

If there's anybody out there that may have known my father Michael Louis
Rogers, please contact me if at all possible. About six or seven years ago I
received two photos of my father through a person I found on another Vietnam
website but I have since lost contact and cannot find the person I was able
to speak with regarding my father.

Thank you in advance ..will watch for reply.

Christopher Michael Cooper (Rogers)

I was with K troop 3/11 68-69 and would like to find someone who was there the night my lead track 30 hit a land mine and thru me out of the track and was wounded and a medic had to put a tracheotomy in my throat to keep me alive and would like to find out his name. I have blocked Vietnam out of my life for all these years. I can not remember any of the men names that I was there with cause I keep to myself cause that was just who I was. Lately a few names have come to mine and I can't remember there full names so here is the name I know.
Ford--Rose--Little--Moran--Van Buran--Woody LT Stillwell and I am not sure I spelled the name right so if you know me or someone on this list I would like to finely talk to someone about that night. Thank You Mickey Farlow

This message is for Janice Christophersen in Shoreline, Wa. If you haven't gotten any help yet finding your husband's friend that was kia, I may be able to help some. If you know the date your husband was injured and, if the kid was kia the same date, that would be a big help. Also, I didn't find the name 'Christophersen' in any of the Units Rosters for 1968/1969. If you'd like, call me at 281-592-4227 and I'll help if possible. I hope you can get some answers for your husband.

I am looking to help my husband find guys from his E troop in the 11th armored cavalry. He was there in 68-69 and was injured. He remembers being near a rubber tree plantation area when he got hit one night. There was one special kid that died and he can't remember his name. I don't know how to get a list of the names of soldiers that were with him. He seems to feel responsible for this boy still and I would really like to figure out his name and face. If anyone knows how to help me on this matter please send me a link.

My name is Alexander Drazic, and I am a student at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas. My English class is reading The Things They Caried, and is now beginning a project memorializing servicemen whose names are on the Vietnam Memorial Wall. We are commemorating lost servicemen, and I received Specialist Four Loren Dallas Lebeau's name.

Through my research I found your website. I was wondering if you would be willing to share any memories, experiences or photos you have of Specialist Four Lebeau that I can include in my memorial to make my tribute more personal. Even If you didn't know Mr. Lebeau, I would still appreciate it if you could tell me what day to day operations were like in Vietnam.

If you would like to see similar projects to the one I'm working on and where my memorial will eventually be posted, please visit the website that I put in this form.. Also, please feel free to email me at ad29639@eanesisd.net or my teacher, James Baker at jbaker@eanesisd.net
